Steven is a Certified Public Accountant for the past 20 years, a lawyer for the past 15 years and experienced financial crimes expert. Steven was a Manager at KPMG where he specialized in international banking and tax issues. He also served as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PWC”) where he advised on complex financial transactions and investigated and consulted on issues of fraud and tax matters. Steven served as a law Clerk to the Honorable Michael B. Mukasey (currently the Attorney General of the United States), United States District Court, Southern District of New York. Steven also worked for 4 years as an auditor and tax accountant for a Manhattan accounting firm after graduating SUNY Binghamton University where he graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from the school of management. Steven graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City, Cum Laude (top 10%) where he was a member of the Law Review and is admitted to the courts of New York and New Jersey.
